MEET the team

With decades of combined experience in further education & training. ANTA Education are a growing team of friendly, determined, professional people with a shared desire to make a difference.

With Mental Health Awareness at the heart of everything we do, our aim is to be the type of company that people want to work for & the type of training provider where people want to learn.

The company began in 2019 and has defied the pandemic to grow with the support of a fantastic network of likeminded partners, customers & friends. Based in Shropshire, we have supported learners worldwide by offering flexible learning solutions and an efficient approach to customer service, that is second nature to the whole team.

Craig Howard

Managing Director

As Managing Director it is Craig's job to support the business. The business being our fantastic team and all of the learners that we have the pleasure of working with. The direction of the business is dictated by our ideas, our skills and our belief. The Managing Director's job is to help turn those ideas, skills and beliefs into a business that supports everyone involved.

With a background in FE and recruitment, Craig has developed numerous successful programmes, supporting people into work and has had the pleasure of helping develop careers for more than 18 years. With a constant desire to be creative and think differently.
Craig's plan for ANTA is simple - BE KIND, BE USEFUL, BE BETTER.

Attempts to run for fun and exercise, but the main focus of Craig's life are the 2 small people in the profile picture. Their initials make up the company name and they are ultimately responsible for the entire business*

Oliver's a born salesman, but please don't hold that against him. He is a people person with a genuine desire to make a difference. Oliver has used his skills over the past few years to help break down barriers for job seekers, working with employers to recruit new employees through training and recruitment methods that they might not usually consider.

Oliver's role at ANTA is to work with our clients to identify suitable training opportunities and support our unemployed learners back into work.

Other than being obsessed with sales books, movies and podcasts, Oliver is a history buff and he has 2 Guinea pigs!
