An alternative education model for students in Telford and Wrekin has been handed a boost by a new homes developer. ANTA Education offers a personalised approach to teaching and provides real-world opportunities for young people who have become disengaged or disillusioned from traditional teaching methods with the aim of achieving qualifications and a route towards future career progression. The organisation, which formed in 2019, has been backed by housebuilder Miller Homes

#Community is a word that means a great deal to us at ANTA Education Ltd. For me, team sport is one of the best examples of what can bring people together and turn individuals into a collaborative force for good. It builds confidence, resilience, teamwork and a real sense of belonging. Over the last few years, I've had the privilege of supporting grassroots, school and community sports teams across #Telford, and I'm delighted that were continuing our partnership with AFC Telf

We're delighted to announce that ANTA Education has been selected as one of five organisations to receive funding through Dodd Group's £15,000 Fund to Champion Women in STEM. This funding will enable us to work with schools and colleges across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to promote careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), helping young people explore exciting opportunities and develop a greater understanding of future career pathways.
