For the past three years, ANTA Community Training CIC has proudly supported individuals and families who have made Staffordshire their new home through local resettlement programmes.

We recognise that starting a new life in a different country can be both exciting and challenging. Adapting to a new culture, accessing services, developing new skills and finding employment opportunities can all take time and support. Our role is to help make that journey easier.

Since the programme began, we have supported more than 40 individuals and family members across Staffordshire, helping them build confidence, develop skills, access opportunities and become active members of their local communities.

Working in Partnership

Our success is built on strong partnerships with local authorities, community organisations, employers and support services.

By working together, we can ensure participants receive the right support at the right time, creating a joined-up approach that helps people overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

Looking Ahead

As we continue into our third year of delivery, we remain committed to helping new communities settle successfully and build fulfilling futures in Staffordshire.

We are proud of what has been achieved so far and look forward to supporting many more individuals and families as they establish roots, create opportunities and thrive within their local communities.

Funding and Partnership

This programme is delivered by ANTA Community Training CIC with the support of Staffordshire County Council and the Staffordshire Community Foundation.

Their continued investment helps us provide personalised support to individuals and families across Staffordshire, enabling people to develop skills, access opportunities, build confidence, and become active members of their local communities.

We are grateful for the partnership and shared commitment to helping new communities resettle successfully and thrive.

Our Approach

We believe successful resettlement is about more than simply accessing services. It is about helping people develop the confidence, independence and connections needed to thrive.

Every participant receives personalised support based on their individual circumstances, aspirations and needs. Whether someone is seeking employment, looking to improve their digital skills, or wanting to become more involved in their local community, we work alongside them to identify pathways forward.

Most importantly, we have seen individuals and families become valued and active members of their communities, contributing their skills, experiences and talents to life across Staffordshire.
