ANTA Community Training CIC is our not for profit community interest company.
The CIC gives us the chance to support a wider range of projects who need help. It's helped us promote community projects, provide charitable support and helped tackle local issues.

Our aim is to help combat unemployment. Working with schools as an alternative provision to combat the growing number of NEETs to working with adults training to re-enter the job market through training.ANTA Community Training CIC exists to help tackle the unemployment problem, but our long term impact is to help find a cure.

We're proud to have supported communities in Shropshire, Staffordshire, Herefordshire and beyond.

Confidence in mental health 
Funded by ESF Community Grants in partnership with Landau Limited.
ANTA CIC supported 20 job seekers to understand more about how their Mental Health can impact their job search.

 

Free Fork Lift Training
Funded by ESF Community Grants in partnership with Landau Limited.
ANTA CIC support 20 Job Seekers to train towards a counter balance fork lift license, moving them closer to employment. 

 

Staffordshire CSCS cards
Funded by ESF Community Grants in partnership with Staffordshire Foundation.
ANTA CIC supported 30 job seekers to work towards a Green CSCS Laborer's card, helping them into employment.

 

Ukrainian refugees in Staffordshire

Funded by the New Communities Resettlement Programme in partnership with Staffordshire Foundation

ANTA CIC supported 15 Ukrainian refugees to help retrain and find employment in the UK.
