Invest Telford Transforming Futures Together
Telford & Wrekin Council’s Invest Telford team has introduced the Skills for Your Future service, aimed at supporting over 550 residents in their journey back into education, employment, and training across the borough.

Shrewsbury College 
In partnership with Shrewsbury Colleges Group, we’re helping lead the delivery of the DfE Multiply programme—a national initiative focused on improving adult numeracy.
Since receiving our initial Multiply contract in late 2022, Shrewsbury Colleges Group has worked closely with ANTA and other valued partners to design a variety of fully funded, life-changing numeracy programmes. These courses build confidence, unlock potential, and create opportunities for progression into higher-level training and skilled employment.
To date, we’ve supported more than 500 individuals, helping them strengthen their maths skills and empowering them to move forward with purpose.
With a third Multiply contract awarded (running until March 2025), Shrewsbury Colleges Group remains committed to driving progress—continuing to uplift communities across Shropshire through education and partnership
