Hello

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about ANTA Education.

We are a Telford-based education and training organisation passionate about helping people discover their potential, develop valuable skills and create positive futures. Whether we're supporting young people through alternative provision, working alongside schools, helping adults progress into employment or collaborating with community partners, our focus is always the same: creating opportunities that lead to meaningful outcomes.

Since 2019, we've worked with hundreds of learners across Shropshire and beyond, providing personalised support, recognised qualifications and real-world experiences that build confidence and open doors. We believe every individual has strengths, ambitions and potential. Sometimes they just need the right support to help them take the next step.

This page tells our story, our values and the impact we're working to create every day.

About ANTA

Creating Opportunities. Building Confidence. Changing Futures.
At ANTA Education, we believe every individual deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, develop valuable skills and progress towards a positive future.
Founded in Telford in 2019, ANTA Education was created with a simple mission: to provide meaningful education, training and employability support that makes a genuine difference to people's lives. What began as a specialist employability and adult learning provider has evolved into an organisation supporting young people, schools, adults and community partners across Telford, Shropshire and the wider region.

Today, our work focuses on helping learners:

  • Discover who they are

  • Develop the skills they need

  • Achieve personal goals

  • Progress their life and career

These principles guide everything we do.

Education With Purpose
We believe education should do more than simply fill time.
Our programmes are designed to help learners build confidence, improve wellbeing, develop employability skills and achieve recognised qualifications that support progression into further learning, employment, apprenticeships and adulthood.
Whether working with young people in alternative provision, students in schools or adults looking to improve their prospects, our focus remains the same:
Positive Outcomes
Every activity, qualification and intervention should move an individual closer to their goals.
Supporting Young People
Our alternative provision programmes provide a supportive and engaging environment for learners who may benefit from a different approach to education.
Through personalised learning, employability activities, vocational qualifications and personal development opportunities, we help young people:

  • Re-engage with learning

  • Improve confidence and self-belief

  • Develop essential life skills

  • Understand future career pathways

  • Prepare for further education, apprenticeships and employment

Our aim is not simply to support young people today, but to help them build a stronger future tomorrow.
Supporting Adults
Alongside our work with schools and young people, we continue to support adults seeking employment, career progression and personal development.
Through accredited training, employability programmes and partnerships with local organisations, we help individuals gain the skills, confidence and qualifications needed to move forward in life and work.

Working In Partnership
We know lasting impact is created through collaboration.
ANTA works alongside schools, employers, charities, community organisations and training providers to create opportunities that would not otherwise be available to learners. Partnerships have been central to our growth and success from the very beginning.
Together, we can help individuals overcome barriers, unlock potential and create brighter futures.

Our Commitment
Everything we do is built around a simple question:
"How will this help someone progress?"
If a learner leaves us with greater confidence, stronger skills, recognised qualifications and a clearer future pathway, then we've achieved our goal.
