We're delighted to announce that ANTA Education has been selected as one of five organisations to receive funding through Dodd Group's £15,000 Fund to Champion Women in STEM.
This funding will enable us to work with schools and colleges across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to promote careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), helping young people explore exciting opportunities and develop a greater understanding of future career pathways.
Inspiring Future Talent

Through this project, ANTA Education will engage with students through interactive activities, career-focused sessions and employer-led opportunities designed to bring STEM careers to life. Our aim is to help young people understand the vast range of opportunities available within STEM industries and challenge misconceptions about who these careers are for.
A particular focus of the programme will be encouraging more young women to consider careers in sectors where females have traditionally been under-represented, while ensuring opportunities remain accessible to all learners.
Building Confidence and Raising Aspirations
Many young people are unaware of the wide variety of career options available within construction, engineering, technology and other STEM-related fields. By working directly with schools, colleges and industry partners, we hope to connect students with real-world experiences that inspire confidence, raise aspirations and support informed career decisions.
The project will provide opportunities for learners to hear from professionals, explore emerging industries and gain valuable insights into the skills and qualifications that can lead to rewarding careers.
Working Together for Greater Impact
We're incredibly grateful to Dodd Group for recognising the value of this work and investing in projects that help open doors for the next generation.

Collaboration between education providers and employers is essential if we are to address skills shortages, improve career awareness and create pathways into sustainable employment. This funding will allow us to strengthen those connections while creating meaningful opportunities for young people across our region.
Looking Ahead
At ANTA Education, we believe every young person should have the opportunity to explore their potential and discover a future that excites them. This funding represents an exciting step forward in our mission to support learners, develop aspirations and create opportunities that can transform lives.
We look forward to working with schools, colleges, employers and community partners throughout Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to deliver this programme and inspire the next generation of STEM professionals.
