Our Learner Mentor Shane received some great feedback from a learner last week who he has supported in her search for employment.
She said, “From the beginning Shane’s support has been fantastic. He listened to me, understood my needs and provided me with a bespoke service. He helped me prepare for an upcoming interview and empowered me to feel confident. I’m now awaiting the outcome, and in the meantime, Shane has signed me up for two courses to further support my journey back into employment. He is a gem.”
