ESF Community Grants Project
funded by and proudly working together with
mental health work confidence project
ANTA Education are working with Landau Ltd, delivering our Work Confidence programme. Funded by as part of the ESF community grants project. Delivering accredited short courses, focusing on developing the mental health and wellbeing of job seekers in Shropshire.
In the first 6 Months of this project in 2020 we were able to support over 50 jobseekers to help develop new skills and find employment. In 2021 we will continue to offer a growing list of free Highfield accredited qualifications to job seekers to help them closer to the job market and build confidence in their understanding of mental health barriers and effects on job retention.
We work closely with DWP across the region, as well as Telford Job Box and many other organisations that are working with job seekers. To help progress and support their clients into work by accessing free accredited qualifications funded through our community grant project.
If you're currently unemployed in the Shropshire area we may be able to support you with relevant training to help your career. New learners will need to be living in the Marches area and be able to supply relevant identification and supporting documents to evidence their current work status.

lifted - fork lift training project
Working closely with Dulson Training in Shropshire we have ongoing projects, supporting unemployed job seekers to complete free forklift training. This project has given many job seekers the opportunity to complete novice counterbalance training enabling them to work as a professional fork lift truck driver.
This programme has proved to be very popular and we're proud to have support many new learners into employment as a result. If you're interested in enrolling for future projects similar to this please do get in touch.
ANTA COMMUNITY JOB CLUBS PROJECT
This project is aimed at supporting job seekers in their community. Post pandemic we were keen to visit job seekers across Shropshire rather than delivering training online.
We've developed confidence and employability programmes throughout the county in Telford, Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Ludlow and Wem.
