Our office skills traineeship is available to job seekers aged, 19 to 24 interested in a careers within any office environment. Each job seeker will work towards the following:

HABC Level 2 in Customer Service

Level 1 Award in Digital Skills

Maths & English  

Employability training

A work placement with a valuable employer

Final interview to progress to employment

On successful completion of the programme you will be invited given a new tablet to help with your job searching and career support in the future.
